in JBCS https://issues.redhat.com/browse/JBCS-1995 reports htdbm not deleting user.

That is due to a bug in apr-util.
I have fixed upstream: see svn commit: r1928729 - apr/apr/trunk/dbm.
https://github.com/apache/apr/commit/c7f0d2258749713b097d2f7dfa2648827732bec2.patch

The fix needs back porting to RHEL apr-util to fix the issue.
