Goal: 
Create 2 COPR repositories to test different dependency logic.

1. Versioned nodejsXX does not have any internal dependencies and everything needed pulled either by user themselves or metapackage.
2. Versioned nodejsXX pulls its own -bin packages and metapackage relies on that relationship while pulling versioned nodejs.

Acceptance criteria:

• Both COPR repositories are created and documented.
• A decision is made on which approach to adopt.
