      Currently OSCI dependencies are broken (or something related to OSCI) so that it uses an old version of libguestfs for testing.

      However this shouldn't be possible, since virt-customize requires a newer version. When run with the old version it prints:

      virt-customize: symbol lookup error: virt-customize: undefined symbol: guestfs_ntfs_chmod_argv
      

      We need to add a runtime Requires to the spec file of guestfs-tools to fix this.

      At the same time I'm going to unify the Fedora & RHEL spec files, which I already did for virt-v2v.

      Note this issue doesn't affect virt-v2v since I added a runtime Requires there already.
