Goal

This epic tracks the comprehensive validation effort required to certify the stability and functionality of the [Dual Stream] initiative. The primary focus is to de-risk the configuration of an el9 userspace operating on an el10 kernel during an OCP upgrade.

This work is exclusively for teams to define test scope and execute tests; it does not track the development effort.

Recommendation for OCP Virt to support el9 and el10 kernels (starting 4.22)

Scope:

•     Establishing CI infrastructure to support one-click environment setup and test triggering for this matrix, to be delivered by the ci-maint scrum.
•     Automated dashboards and consolidated reporting on test results, bugs, and overall matrix readiness, delivered by ci-maint scrum.
•     Coordination across all virt scrum squads to assess testing needs for this matrix.
•     Each scrum squads reviewing and formally defining their test scope.
•     Updating existing test cases and creating new ones where necessary.
•     Each scrum execution of the defined test plans against builds with the specified configuration.

This epic serves as a tracker. Individual tasks will be created and assigned to each scrum squad to define scope, implement test changes, and execute their validation plans.
