What were you trying to do that didn't work?

DLM is not supported in RHEL10, so there's no use-case for lvmlockd anymore.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

It might confuse customers that the agent is available when there's no use-case for it.

Steps to reproduce

1. pcs resource list ocf:heartbeat | grep lvmlockd
2. pcs resource create lockd lvmlockd ...

Expected results

lmvlockd not listed or able to create resource with it.

Actual results

lvmlockd available, and able to create failing resource with it.
