Upstream Coconut-SVSM is starting to pull in move and more code/crates from the coconut-svsm/cocoon-tpm repository. This repo is currently maintained by a single person, and all code was written by that person. We need to review all the code before we rely on it in SVSM, and implement the same rules and quality checks as for the main SVSM repo.
