One of the a11y shortcomings highlighted in the ACR work that we need to address for Fedora 43 is that orca does not properly handle links in terminal output.

To address this, we need to

a) add an a11y hypertext interface in GTK

b) hook it up to the at-spi a11y backend

c) implement it for GtkLabel

and then

d) implement it in vte
