How reproducible is this bug?:

create a sosreport greater than 150Mb in cockpit. Download the sosreport. You'll get the error "too large"

Steps to reproduce

1. Cerate sosreport greater thatn 150M in cockpit
2. download the sosreport from the download button in cockpit

3. Expected results

   sosreport downloaded

   Actual results

   error too large
