Please update blivet to the latest (not yet released) upstream release 3.13.0.

Notable changes since 3.10.0 release currently available in RHEL 10:

      • Support for creating LUKS HW-OPAL (hardware encryption with LUKS) devices.
      • Support for FAT filesystem resize.
      • Multiple changes were made to avoid crashes during the initial storage scan on systems with unsupported, broken or otherwise unrecognized hardware and on systems with missing runtime dependencies.
      • Support for adding multiple passphrases and/or key files (keyslot) when creating new LUKS devices.
      • Support for stopping and starting existing stratis pools.
      • Support for specifying label and subsystem for newly created LUKS devices.
      • Build and release system modernization (replacing setup.py with pyproject.toml)
      • Switched to dasbus for DBus client operations.
      • GPT is now default for all architectures (already in RHEL as a downstream patch)
      • New handling of LVM auto-activation (will require an anaconda change, see RHEL-115016)
