This is upstream issue https://projects.clusterlabs.org/T907 where the basic idea is that corosync error codes need to be mapped into standard pacemaker codes, the same way that libbz2 error codes (and others) are.  This allows us to use the same functions for printing and handling corosync errors that we do for all other errors.
