      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Go to OS network manager page, Observing no details are showing when cable is not connected.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Cannot saw the network wired status when cable is removed.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install RHEL 9.7 OS on SR645 V3 server 
      2. Connect Broadcom 5719 ocp card to system
      3. Connect cable to 2 ports 
      4. Go to OS network manager page
      5. Observing no details are showing when cable is not connected

      Expected results

      when remove cable, the wired connetion should be disabled

      Actual results

      when remove cable, the wired connetion has no status
