Description:
Efforts have been made to improve PQC capabilities of nodejs in upstream. 

Recent versions (24.7.0 and 24.8.0), have improved the crypto module with the ability to sign with PQC algorithms such as ML-KEM and ML-DSA.

Definition of Done: Prior to rebase effort a new test for this functionality should be created and used as a verification of the update.
