In c9s all greenboot / redboot units where enabled in `90-default.preset`

This is not the case anymore in c10s

      https://gitlab.com/redhat/centos-stream/rpms/centos-stream-release/-/commit/e379c4b1492fd01c6c7b9ace8a9bb04802aa5eab#18c912460ee74978fea40bcca4ec530865f8f57d_206_381

In Fedora we can find greenboot enabled in fedora-release-iot https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fedora-release/blob/f42/f/80-iot.preset#_6

As we have some ostree services and `kernel-bootcfg-boot-successful.service`, I think we should also have greenboot in `90-default.preset` in c10s (and in Fedora)
