The upstream testsuite (namely test case #957) is failing with the error message

I believe this is the same issue as reported in the upstream and will be solved by rebase to a newer PCP version: https://github.com/performancecopilot/pcp/issues/2311

No direct impact, I am reporting this just for a need to follow up with some cleanup.
