During import of NodeJS 24 into RHEL 9, there was a brief period when the npm sub-package was named nodejs-npm (the same as in RHEL 10 and current Fedora). It was then discovered that this "renaming" would cause multiple issues when dealing with the other already existing modules, and the name was changed to just npm to be consistent.
During the initial import, nodejs-nodemon has had it's BuildRequires adjusted for the prefixed name. When the change was reverted, the BR was not also adjusted. Since the module build reused the already built package, this was only discovered when the same spec file was also imported into RHEL 8.10 and used in a fresh module build.
Acceptance Criteria: As this will affects only future builds of the module, and should not be an issue in the existing builds, this will be marked as done when the change is verified to be present in the appropriate dist-git branch.
