python-pluggy is a CRB component, and as such, we should be allowed to rebase it more often. In Fedora, we are already at version 1.6.0, which seems to be backward compatible.
The only c10s dependents are pytest and python-hatchling – those should be checked for breakages, e.g. by running their tests.
As the EPEL 10 maintainer of python-tox, I'd like to update tox there, but newer pluggy seems to be a requirement for that. I have not checked what exact feature/fix is needed – a rebase should do.
