[ARM64] Windows 11 VM should install without TPM Bypass

      I was able to successfully start a Windows 11 VM on RHEL 10.2 with the following with:

      -BypassTPMCheck 
      -BypassSecureBootCheck

      Ensure Windows 11 functions correctly without any bypass method. 
      Test Setup details: ampere-mtsnow-altramax  DISTRO=RHEL-10.2-20250731.2  ARCHITECTURE=aarch64 4k machine 

      qemu-kvm-10.0.0-7.el10.aarch64
      edk2-20250523-2.el10.noarch
      kernel-6.12.0-114.el10.aarch64
      swtpm-0.9.0-5.el10.aarch64
      drivers : virtio-win-0.1.271.iso

      win11 iso: en-us_windows_11_business_editions_version_24h2_updated_april_2025_arm64_dvd_1221f08c.iso
