      1. Launch RHEL 9.5 instance on AWS EC2
      2. Check current grub2-common version: `dnf list installed | grep grub2-common`
      3. Check available updates: `dnf updateinfo list all | grep grub2-common`
      4. Attempt update: `dnf update-minimal --bugfix`
      5. Observe operation abort when grub2-common update is attempted

      grub2-common should update successfully to available versions with security and bugfix updates

      Operation aborts with "Operation aborted." message when grub2-common update is processed
