Steps to reproduce
===> 
The security advisory RHSA-2024:10381 provides   tuned-profiles-realtime-2.11.0-13.el7_9.noarch.rpm, but this package is not available in the Customer Portal for download. I enabled the rhel-7-server-rt-rpms repository on my RHEL 7.9 VM and it only lists 2.11.0-12.el7_9.

The 'yum updateinfo list --security' command do list the package but unable to install due to package nonavailability.
