What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Writing Data to The RBD Disk While The RBD Trafic Is Down Hits Coretrace/Hang

What is the impact of this issue to you?

It might impact the customer usecases.

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      qemu-kvm-9.1.0-26.el9

      kernel-5.14.0-610.el9.x86_64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      100%

      Steps to reproduce

1.Setup the network env as the customer issue of RHEL-105440:Openstack guest becomes inaccessible via network when storage network on the hypervisor is disabled/lost[rhel-10.1]

2.After cutting off the rbd vlan, writing data to the hotplug disk in guest

      Expected results

Timeout and hinting that the disk is not reachable.

      Actual results

There is coretrace in the guest OS, and doing operations in HMP like `quit`, the qemu/guest hangs.
