Rebase MariaDB 10.5 to 10.5.29 as it is the latest version available on upstream for MariaDB 10.5 and it resolves the issue in the customer ticket related to this one.

At the moment we have MariaDB 10.5.27 in both RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 and the issue in the linked customer ticket is fixed in version 10.5.28 but since 10.5.29 is the latest version we will rebase to it.

As MariaDB 10.5 is no longer maintained by upstream as can be seen here[0] this is the last expected rebase this package will receive.

To see how MariaDB versions that reach upstream EOL date are supported in RHEL, please refer to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/183263
