Latest run of RPM inspect in the CI of python3.12-3.12.11-3.el10,draft_3816707 found the following issues:

1. annocheck 'hardened' test fails with: optimization test because optimization level too low (based on DW_AT_producer string) on aarch64.
2. badfunc check reported that files /usr/lib64/python3.12/lib-dynload/_socket.cpython-312* on all architectures use forbidden symbols: inet_aton and inet_ntoa.
3. XML test reported that /usr/lib64/python3.12/test/xmltestdata/c14n-20/doc.dtd is not a well-formed XML file in python3-test on all architectures because it has some extra content at the end of the document: Extra content at the end of the document/usr/lib64/python3.12/test/xmltestdata/c14n-20/doc.dtd on line 3

There are the same issues for 10.0 and 10.1.
