The labels used for the RHEL 9 and RHEL 10 bootc images are causing a problem with our container build automation. The builds run once a week and I need to label each weekly build with a unique tag. Using the label to derive the build date for the tag.

Is there a standard for the labels of these two RHEL images? They have recently been changing and are currently not even the same as each other! This is causing our automated image builds to break.
I'm specifically interested in versioning each tag and was using the label: "org.opencontainers.image.version" which is also present in Fedora bootc images. Previously the org.opencontainers.image.version label worked perfectly between all 3 images. But now they are all different!
As an example the previous output for RHEL 9 image before it changed was like Fedora: "org.opencontainers.image.version": "9.20250512.0"
These are all current image labels for each, plus the Fedora 42 image for your reference.
Inconsistent labels:
org.opencontainers.image.version

This is my question as stated above: Is there a standard for the labels of these two RHEL images?
