I want to boot CentOS Stream 10 Images in VMs that are Hyper V Gen 2

Steps to reproduce
- Create a VM witht UEFI Boot
- Use image https://cloud.centos.org/centos/10-stream/x86_64/images/CentOS-Stream-GenericCloud-10-latest.x86_64.qcow2
- Boot fails
Expected results
Build succeeds like in Fedora since it supports both.
Actual results
Can find bootable disk error.
