Try to sign PDF in very small area

Steps to reproduce

• Select "Sign Digitally ..." in the Document menu
• Choose signing certificate and click or (draw very small rectangle) in the document
• Dialog window "Selection too Small" appears with two choices:
  1 - "Start Over"
  2 - "Sign"
• Click on "Sign"

Expected results

Document is signed

Actual results

Document is not signed - I have started over with signing certificate selection
