On screen keyboard emoji not working when CJK or indic(hindi) input methods are active.

      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      Trying to use emojis from osk with anthy or any CJK input method.

      With English and European locales, its working fine.

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      Not able to select emojis, have to switch back to English locale for using emoji.

      gnome-shell-47.8-6.el10.x86_64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      Always

      Steps to reproduce

      1.  install rhel-10.1
      2.  Add input method like anthy, hangul, pinyin.
      3.  Enable on-screen-keyboard from settings.
      4.  Open text-editor, enable anthy or hangul input method.
      5.  Try to use emoji from osk, emoji selection does not work.
      6.  With en input method we can use emoji.

      Expected results

      With emoji option present on osk , we should be able to use the emoji from the osk panel.

      Actual results

      osk emoji input not working as expected with CJK input method.
