NVK is the upstream, open-source NVIDIA Vulkan driver provided by the Mesa project. Long-term, it also replaces the nouveau GL driver. We'd like to make sure we have this enabled, since nouveau the GL driver is seeing reduced activity, while NVK has a more vibrant community behind it (and seems to be what upstream is converging to too).

This specific ticket tracks the work for enabling the appropriate flags in mesa in c10s/RHEL10.
