What were you trying to do that didn't work?

rpcbind.service and rpcbind.socket were disabled in presets brought over from Fedora, but then re-enabled for RHEL 10 in

      https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-50182

It's unclear why they were re-enabled; they're only needed for nfs v3 mounts and when serving nfs v3, both of which will enable/start rpcbind.* if necessary.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

preset of enabled causes rpcbind.service to start and run unnecessarily

Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      redhat-release-10.0-32.el10 (really all versions)

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      always

      Steps to reproduce

      1.
      2.
      3.

      Expected results

rpcbind.service and rpcbind.socket are only started when needed

      Actual results

rpcbind.service is preset to enabled, so starts automatically
