How reproducible is this bug?:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create loop block file under /var/
2. Use them to create loop device
3. Use leapp-upgrade to upgrade the OS,
4. After leapp upgrade, check the loop block files under /var

Expected results

All the loop block file under /var were been there..

Actual results

All the loop block file under /var were been deleted.
