As part of moving to python 3.12 in driver test in upstream - they had two changes in RDMA core:

47c3855f3 pyverbs: Change PD object return type
These changes are not present in V0.57 which is the version that is part of the RHEL 10.1 image.
Without changes a couple of RDMA core tests are failing. Could we ask RH to merge these changes
