Per SST rollup: There are certain Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) features that must be in place by the end of 2025 for compliance reasons including things like dual key exchange.  It’s important to test that your components work with these features so you can plan to fix any bugs in either 10.1, 10.1 0day, 10.1z (or, depending on severity, 10.2 and beyond).

Both perf and python3-perf link against openssl (see KMAINT-1086). Investigate the scope perf uses post-quantum cryptography and what additional scope is needed in testing of PQC features.
