Installation failed because QGA can't open the vioserial channel. The root cause is https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/commit/c6f5dd7ac8ef62dcdec4cdeda1467c658161afff. Let's revert in RHEL10.1 and discuss the solution during RHEL10.2
