      What were you trying to do that didn't work?

      apachectl -t takes ~20 seconds.

      The same happens if I try: systemctl start httpd after systemctl start httpd-init

      What is the impact of this issue to you?

      It shouldn't take that long

      Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:

      httpd-2.4.63-1.el10.x86_64

      How reproducible is this bug?:

      dnf -y install httpd
      systemctl start httpd-init
      time apachectl -t

      Expected results

      It should take ~1 second to test.

      Actual results

      [root@cs10-koji-00 ~]# time strace apachectl -t &> strace-apachectl.log

      real 0m20.072s
      user 0m0.010s
      sys 0m0.031s
      {code:java}
