When the fix for CVE-2025-21867 is merged into rhel-9.6.z (see RHEL-101008, 6b3d638ca897 ("bpf, test_run: Fix use-after-free issue in eth_skb_pkt_type()")), xdp-trafficgen will fail to probe live packet mode for bpf_test_run.

Kernel doesn't support live packet mode for XDP BPF_PROG_RUN.

This is fixed by https://github.com/xdp-project/xdp-tools/commit/4f7f5cb374a1f198dabf9efb015e6bebb7a5eca8 which is only included in xdp-tools >=1.5.4
