What were you trying to do that didn't work?

Upgrade the system while rh-dotnet21 package suite from SCL is installed on the system.

I know having SCL is not supported, but I think we can do better here.

When upgrading, "leapp upgrade" fails due to a conflict:

            Error: Transaction test error:
              file /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/dotnet from install of dotnet-host-7.0.11-1.el8_8.x86_64 conflicts with file from package rh-dotnet21-dotnet-host-2.1.30-1.el7_9.x86_64 

In theory this conflict is not existing at all, since once RHEL8 package is installed, the RHEL7 package gets uninstalled, hence the conflict is gone.

I'm filing against "leapp" and not "leapp-repository" since I believe the potential fix would be within "leapp".
