/run/mount/utab can contains thousands of duplicates, causing systemd to misbehave when starting a protected service (e.g. chronyd.service)

      Please refer to RHEL-106970 - Cannot start services configured with ProtectHome=yes due to having many mounts and huge number of lines in /run/mount/utab for full details.

      Apparently it's possible that /run/mount/utab contains duplicate entries, which then causes issues with systemd when starting "protected" services.
