For RHEL 10.2, we will rebase QEMU, and since this is an EUS version, we might want to enable new features by default, so we need to add a new -rhel10.2.0 machine types there.

NB: If we add a new machine type to RHEL 9.8, we have to add a corresponding -rhel9.8.0 machine type to RHEL 10.2, too.
