What were you trying to do that didn't work?

The CentOS Hyperscale SIG would like to maintain a backport of wireshark within the SIG repositories, but wireshark depends on sbc-devel, which is not available in CentOS Stream 9. Please add sbc-devel to CRB so we can build against it.

The CentOS Hyperscale SIG is blocked from building a backport of wireshark.
