As part of supporting multi-container, multi-pod, and baremetal orchestration, we need an automated config generation utility. This utility should:
- Take a base template (provided inline or as an external file)
- Allow injection of run-specific settings (env, resources, etc.)
- Output a "series" YAML for the overall run and then individual YAMLs for each container as appropriate
- Organize output files in a directory structure or with file naming conventions that are easy to store, pass, and look up
This lays the groundwork for advanced deployment topologies, but this ticket is only for the framework and template logic—not for handling actual multi-pod or baremetal deployment yet.
