fails to list unit files due to connection timeout.

It will block the leapp upgrade process from rhel8.10 to rhel9.7 or rhel9.7 to rhel10.x

Steps to reproduce
- Lanch a vm with rhel-guest-image on s390x
- run command "systemctl list-unit-files --type=service --all "
Expected results
list successfully the util files.
Actual results
Failed to list unit files with connection timeout error.
