What were you trying to do that didn't work?

When accessing a remote host via ssh -X and launching applications such as vscode or Chrome, if the focus is currently on these applications, attempting to click on a terminal window from the window list does not bring the terminal to the front or give it input focus.

Steps to reproduce

1. open a terminal and connect to a remote RHEL host using X11 forwarding
2. launch the application
3. ensure the focus is on the remote application window and click on the terminal from the window list

Expected results

The terminal window should come to the front and receive input focus.
