Upstream virt-v2v added the ability to log the version of libnbd / nbdcopy in virt-v2v conversion logs. I notice that we do not actually log this right now, yet this information is useful to have.

In particular, I was recently dealing with an issue with the performance team and we could not work out how to find the version of libnbd corresponding to a known but old version of MTV, and as the information is also not logged by virt-v2v, we had to give up.

In upstream virt-v2v, the enhanced output looks like this:
