What were you trying to do that didn't work?
The resource-agent pgsqlms requires that the system_user user does not require a password in order to access the postgresql database.
The issue is that there is no way to configure a username and password for the pgsqlms resource-agent that will be used to monitor the postgresql database (that is seperate from the attribute system_user.
We are requesting attributes similar to the ones provided by pgsql for pgsqlms.
- monitor_user
- monitor_password
- Additional request for a password_script option (added by rhn-engineering-cfeist)
What is the impact of this issue to you?
Customer states this is security issue as password is not required for the postgresql user.

Yes, as the options do not exist for the resource-agent.
