when trying to get GPOs with `samba-gpupdate`, `gpo_parse_gplink` in `class GP_LINK` doesn't handle it and GPO fetch crashes with a trace.

Always with an empty GPO

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up an empty GPO string
2. Try `samba-gpupdate --rsop`
3. It fails with a trace
