Use the AWS resource agents, but they do a sleep after the final try to get metadata.

What is the impact of this issue to you?

3 or multiple of 3's (default sleep value) second delay in actions depending on how many times curl is used to get metadata in the agent.

Doesnt sleep for 3 or more additional seconds after the final curl retry.
