What were you trying to do that didn't work?
IHAC who has PHP 8.2 installed on his RHEL 8.10 machine.
While in-place upgrading to RHEL 9.6, we can see the PHP 8.2 packages for RHEL 9 are downloaded and then the transaction fails, as it wants to install PHP 8.0.
AFAICS, the RHEL9 PHP 8.2 dnf module is not triggered to be enabled, as per dnf-plugin-data.txt:
"modules_to_enable": [],
What is the impact of this issue to you?
Cannot IPU without removing PHP packages.
Please provide the package NVR for which the bug is seen:
leapp-upgrade-el8toel9-0.22.0-1.el8_10.noarch

Steps to reproduce
- Install RHEL 8.10, up-to-date.
- dnf module enable php:8.2
- dnf module install php:8.2
- And then leapp upgrade
Expected results
PHP 8.2 packages are correctly upgraded.
