      Goal

As a Leapp user who has the python evnironment on the RHEL system heavily modified for example by manually changing python module funtionality or by installing third party modules with pip,

I'd like to be able to create a clean python virtual environment (venv) and then tell leapp to run itself in the venv,

so that I don't need to spend ages fixing/standardizing my python environment in order to make leapp work.

This has been proposed by nmeyer_nvda based on his experience when designing the leapp upgrade process for specific customers.
