      Goal

When running Windows ARM64, Windows detects virtio-mmio devices although they are not explicitly enabled.

Our goal is to use virtio-pci devices (at least as a first step) on Windows ARM64.

The presence of "unknown devices" (devices without device driver installed) in the system might break Microsoft certification process.

The possible solution is not to declare virtio-mmio devices in ACPI tables when they are not explicitly defined.

As a long term plan, we are planning to support virtio-mmio devices on Windows.

      Acceptance criteria

Most probably this will require a RH-only patch to get rid of the virtio-mmio BE. Check the 32 devices have disappeared.
