This is a followup of RHEL-54039, where the fix delivered in pcp-6.3.7-5.el9 build fixed the RHEL-54039 issue, however introduced some regressions.
The fix broke upstream tests 1102, 1120, 1385. Due to the size of the error log (~250MB) I am enclosing these in a separate attachment.
