.`metrics` role supports enabling additional PCP domains

With this update, the `rhel-system-roles` package introduces the `metrics_optional_domains` variable in the `metrics` RHEL system role. Users can specify a list of additional PCP domains to be activated, in addition to those that are automatically managed by the `metrics` role. As a result, users can enable the domains they require for their specific use cases, improving flexibility in data collection and monitoring.

There are plenty of PCP PMDAs (agents) that could be enabled in various scenarios with the metrics role, for instance the Podman PMDA would be very helpful when many or most relevant components are running as containers.

Currently, the metrics role does not allow passing through the pcp_optional_agents variable but only includes there the agents enabled with role options like metrics_from_postfix.

Instead of adding a separate metric variable for every relevant or new PCP PMDA it would be helpful to allow defining a list of PMDAs the role should enable. Thanks.
